Project Management (PM)
We managing the end-to-end activities within a project life-cycle. This includes activities such as planning, monitoring and controlling, budgeting, resource managing as well as maintaining the morale of the project team. To add to the complexity, all these activities are simultaneously carried out to achieve the project objectives on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance, in line with the strategic intent of the organisation.
Weld quality assurance (QC)
We use technological methods (NDT) and actions to test or assure the quality of welds, and secondarily to confirm the presence, location and coverage of welds. In manufacturing, welds are used to join two or more metal surfaces. Because these connections may encounter loads and fatigue during product lifetime, there is a chance they may fail if not created to proper specification.
Product specification services (PDS)
We ensure statement of how a design is made (specify the design), what it is intended to do, and how far it complies with the requirements. Requirements may be gathered in the Product Requirement Specification (PRS). Its aim is to ensure that the subsequent design and development of a product meets the needs (or requirements) of the user. Product design specification is one of the elements of product lifecycle management.
